Umran Malik from India recently registered his name in the list when he broke all the barriers and bowled the fastest ball in IPL by an Indian. He consistently bowled at 150kmph during the fifteenth IPL season.

He was known for breaking the heads and bats of the batsmen with his fast deliveries. Steyn was feared by the top batsmen in all three formats of the games. The South African pacer was the leader of the pace attack of South Africa. During the 2012 IPL season, he bowled the fastest ball of the season at a speed of 154.4kmph. This delivery was the fastest ball in IPL 2012. Steyn scalped 18 wickets in just 12 matches in the 2012 season.

He was an absolute beast in the 2019 IPL season, picking up 25 wickets in just 12 matches. In 2021, Rabada was released by the Delhi Capitals. In the 2022 IPL Mega Auction, Rabada was picked up by the Punjab Kings for 9.25Cr, making him one of the biggest purchases in that auction.
